OUR JOURNEY
Built on Decades of Fermentation Expertise
With over 50 years of combined fermentation experience, we launched Wales’ first soy sauce company. This pioneering milestone established the foundation for decades of innovation.
Building on that success, we introduced a premium range of clean-label black bean products for the UK and European markets. We then expanded our portfolio to include miso and specialty fermented foods, inspiring new culinary possibilities.
In 2024, we established Oriental Specialty Limited to address one of the food industry’s greatest challenges: long lead times. We offer high-quality products, dependable supply, and technical expertise to support food manufacturers, agents, wholesalers, and distributors.
